What voucher options are there?
Option 1: Tour-specific voucher
You already know which tour is right – e.g. Almbachklamm for a beginner-friendly experience or Strubklamm for the sportier version. We issue the voucher for that specific tour.
Option 2: Cash-value voucher
You set an amount (e.g. €100). The recipient chooses the tour themselves. Ideal if you don’t know which tour is right, or if the person has never tried canyoning before.
Option 3: Group voucher

How long is the voucher valid?
At least 3 years from the date of issue – and often longer, as we like to be customer-friendly. The exact validity is stated on the voucher.
What if the recipient can't go canyoning?
The voucher is transferable – so it can be passed on. If there are medical reasons, we're happy to find a solution (extension, alternatives). Just talk to us.
How long does delivery take?
Digitally by email: the same working day. By post: 2–4 working days within Austria.
Can I exchange the voucher for a different one later?
Yes, by arrangement with us. For example, if it's a cash-value voucher and the person decides on a different tour, that's no problem at all.
Can I pay for a tour for two but decide on the date & companion later?
Of course – just order a 2-person voucher, and the recipient chooses who to bring along.
