At least 3 years from the date of issue – and in the spirit of keeping our customers happy, often longer. The exact validity is printed on the voucher.
What if the recipient can't go canyoning?
The voucher is transferable – it can simply be passed on. If there's a medical reason, we're happy to find a solution (extension, alternatives). Just talk to us.
How long does delivery take?
Digitally by email: the same working day. By post: 2–4 working days within Austria.
Can I exchange the voucher for a different one later?
Yes, by arrangement with us. If, for example, you have a value voucher and the recipient decides on a different tour, that's no problem at all.
Can I pay for a tour for two but leave the date & companion open?
Sure – just order a 2-person voucher, and the recipient picks their own companion.
