For your orientation, a non-binding summary of the key points:
- Server logs: access data (visited page, time, transferred bytes, referrer, browser, operating system, IP address) is stored in server log files for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted.
- Web analytics (Matomo, self-hosted): we use the open-source tool Matomo on our own server in Germany. By default it runs without cookies, anonymises IP addresses immediately, respects the browser’s “Do not track” setting and uses no fingerprinting. Data is kept for 13 months and never shared with third parties.
- Bot protection (Mosparo, self-hosted): our contact and booking forms use Mosparo, a privacy-friendly, self-hosted alternative to Google reCAPTCHA, running on our own server in Germany. No cookies, no user tracking.
- Contact data: if you contact us, your details are stored solely to process and answer your request and are not passed on to third parties without your consent.
